Refund/Return Policy

RETURNS and/or EXCHANGES

BOWS & EARRINGS: Due to the nature of our products and the safety of our customers there will be NO returns or refunds on any bows or earrings. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

T-SHIRTS: The Unconditional Self Love Boutique will only offer returns for shop credit or an exchange for equal value. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Customer has up to 7 days of receiving order to contact us to start return/exchange. 

No refunds and/or changes can be made to submitted orders.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT & OTHER ISSUES

If an item is defective or if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the product and a detailed explanation of what is wrong within 72 hours of receiving your package. We would love to make it right.
