Our Shipping Policy and T.A.T (Turn Around Time)
All our products on the website are RTS (ready to ship) unless otherwise stated. Your order will ship within 5 business days of placing your order or sooner. It is your responsibility to have the correct mailing address before you checkout. We ship through USPS. Tracking will be provided on all purchases and sent to the email provided at checkout. Once product is in hands of USPS The Unconditional Self Love Boutique is NOT responsible for any late or lost packages.
We do offer Route Package Protection. This is automatically added to your cart at checkout. I recommend it not being removed unless you will be doing local pick up.
If an item is lost please open a claim with USPS or with Route Package Protection. If it's possible for me to help I will gladly help to the best of my ability.
Route Package Protection
- Please make sure when you checkout to not remove Route Package Protection. Simply go to your app store in any mobile device and download it. It will ask for a bit of information. (You can track your order through them. If your package is lost you can open a claim with them.)
- Route protects customers and small shops like us. They will let us know if a claim was opened and if claim is accepted how it will be resolved.
