RETURNS/EXCHANGES

BOWS,EARRINGS & OTHER HAIR ACCESSORIES:

Due to the nature of our products and safety of our customers there will be no returns or refunds on any bows, earrings or any other hair accessories. All sales are final.

CLOTHING: 

The Unconditional Self Love Boutique  will only offer returns for shop credit or exchange for equal value. Customer is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost. Customer has up to10 days of receiving order to contact me to start return/exchange. Items must still have all tags on, unwashed and in the same condition when bought.

 

No refunds/changes can be made to submitted orders until they have been received.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS & OTHER ISSUES

If an item is defective or if there is a problem with any part of your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the product and a detail explanation of what is wrong within 72 hours of receiving your package.  We would love to make it right.
